Vadapav Mirchi by Geeta is looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented team member to join our kitchen team.

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay: Based on experience

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook items at the Appy Station according to Vadapav Mirchi recipes and standards.
Ensure food is prepared accurately, consistently, and on time.
Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
Prepare and organize takeout and delivery orders.
Carefully check every order against the POS/order ticket before handing it to the customer or delivery driver.
Pack food properly to prevent spills, damage, or missing items.
Ensure the correct sauces, chutneys, cutlery, napkins, and other required items are included.
Label and organize orders clearly.
Communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house team regarding order requirements and delays.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Appy Station and packaging area.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
Restock packaging materials and station supplies when required.
Assist other kitchen areas during busy periods as directed by the manager.




Help maintain a clean and efficient kitchen throughout the shift.

What We’re Looking For
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset.
Experience with takeout, delivery, or food packaging is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant workplace.
Solid attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Ability to multitask during busy service periods.
Willingness to learn Vadapav Mirchi's recipes, procedures, and standards.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy kitchen setting.
