Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including food handling and food safety practices
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest needs or concerns promptly





Qualifications
Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; a strong background in the food industry is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with a welcoming attitude and positive communication abilities
Ability to manage time effectively in a busy workplace through solid time management skills
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS or similar platforms, is highly desirable
Knowledge of food handling safety, sanitation procedures, and basic math for cash handling and order accuracy
Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is beneficial but not required
Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items while maintaining guest satisfaction

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
