Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
Learn to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and making necessary repairs
Assist in the installation of electrical components and wiring
Learn to use hand tools and power tools effectively
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Requirements:
Ability to work fast and think ahead.
Ability to work well in a team environment
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced electricians
Basic saw and power tool experience.
Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed
Skills:
Electrical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems
Experience working as an apprentice or similar role in industrial electrician field
Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in electrical work
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
Knowledge of low voltage systems is a plus
Familiarity with power tools used in electrical work
Ability to build and assemble electrical components based on provided specifications
Note: This is an apprenticeship position, so training will be provided. The apprentice will work under the guidance of experienced electricians to gain hands-on experience in the field. Applicants not currently enrolled in an apprenticeship will be evaluated and offered an apprenticeship at the discretion of management.
