We are a well-established, locally owned auto body repair shop in South Vancouver looking for an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality repairs and outstanding customer service in a friendly, team-oriented workplace.

Responsibilities
Inspect vehicles and assess collision damage.
Prepare accurate repair estimates using estimating software.
Work with ICBC and insurance companies to ensure estimates meet repair guidelines.
Explain the repair process,
timelines, and insurance procedures to customers.
Coordinate parts ordering and communicate repair progress with technicians and management.
Review completed repairs to ensure work matches the estimate and meets quality standards.
Qualifications
Previous experience as an auto body estimator.
Strong knowledge of ICBC claims and collision repair procedures.
Experience with estimating and shop management software (such as IMEX or Mitchell).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence.
I-CAR certification or collision estimating training is an asset.
Compensation
Salary: $45,000–$70,000 per year (based on experience)
