Warehouse & Production Worker – Full-Time- Mississauga
Day shift, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Path to permanent hire with a raise.
Pay: $17.60/hr to start | Wage increase upon permanent conversion
Overtime after 44 hrs/week | 4% vacation pay | Weekly pay, direct deposit

Job Description

We're hiring production workers for a growing manufacturing team in Mississauga. If you've worked in a warehouse, a factory, or any quick-paced hands-on job, you already have what we're looking for. We'll train you on the rest.

Your day looks like this
Hands-on production and light assembly work
Building components from diagrams and written instructions
Checking your own work for quality before it moves on
Hitting daily production targets alongside your team
Keeping your station clean and safe

The work is detailed and repetitive — you'll be assembling small electrical components used in automotive circuits. No electrical background needed. If you can follow a diagram carefully and stay consistent through a full shift, we'll teach you the product.

What we're looking for
At least 6 months in warehouse, production,



manufacturing, or similar physical work
Comfortable with detailed, repetitive tasks for a full shift
Able to follow instructions and stand for extended periods
Reliable and on time — that matters more to us than anything on paper
High school diploma or equivalent
Legally authorized to work full time in Canada
