We’re looking for an experienced Marine Mechanic to join our team in Havelock, Ontario. If you enjoy diagnosing issues, working with your hands, and being around boats, this is a great opportunity to do what you love in a supportive, team-driven environment.
This is a full-time role with solid potential for ongoing prospects.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose, repair, and service outboard motors (2-stroke & 4-stroke)
Perform seasonal maintenance, including winterizations
Conduct water testing to troubleshoot and optimize performance
Assemble and rig boats (pontoons, fishing boats, deck boats, etc.)
Complete warranty repairs with a high level of quality and care
Work collaboratively to meet daily shop and production goals
What You Bring
Must-have:
3+ years of marine mechanic experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Mercury Certification
Experience working with outboard engines
Valid driver’s license
Nice to have:
Boating license (if not must be willing to get)
Team lead or supervisory experience
Experience with Salesforce Field Service or other CRM platforms

Adapts well to changing priorities to better meet client needs
Embraces technology to plan and schedule work, and track efficiency

Compensation & Perks
$26–$40/hour (based on experience)
