Glasshouse is looking for a motivated Line Cook who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to our culinary program. This is a great opportunity to be part of a creative kitchen team and help shape current menu items and tasting menus.

What You’ll Do
Prepare and cook dishes to our standards during service
Assist with prep, mise en place, and station setup
Collaborate with chefs on new menu development and tasting menu concepts
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation
Follow recipes, plating guides, and kitchen procedures
Support a positive, learning-focused team environment

What We’re Looking For
Previous line cook or kitchen experience is an asset, but not required
Strong desire to learn and grow as a cook
Willingness to take direction, ask questions, and improve
Reliable, punctual, and professional




Team player with a positive attitude
Food Safe certification is preferred
