Duties
Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests’ tables
Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including clearing tables, setting up for current guests, and sanitizing surfaces
Support food preparation tasks such as assembling orders or refilling stations to ensure efficient service flow
Handle guest inquiries courteously, providing friendly guest services and addressing needs promptly
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Micros POS for processing orders or payments when required
Ensure food safety standards are followed during handling, serving,



and cleaning procedures
Support kitchen staff with basic food handling, meal preparation, and restocking supplies as needed

Experience
Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality settings is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Experience with serving, food preparation, or cashiering enhances your ability to excel in this role
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures is a plus
Experience in hotel or barista environments can be beneficial but is not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
