Customer service/ Administration specialist Position

Riepert Salt & Supply Inc. has become a leader in the salt industry since 1988. We currently are looking for a full time – Administration / Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be:

· Have Experience in both Administration/ sales with both existing and new customers

· Be able to independently operate in an effective and productive manner in a busy environment at times

· Polite, skilled and well-spoken phone manner

· Computer experience - Competent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

· Ability to multi-task and work independently and as part of a team

· Confidence in upselling, providing advice to customers, product knowledge





· Possess Time Management Skills and attention to detail

· Punctual and reliable

· Looking for a stable future with a leader in the salt industry

Experience with basic accounting (post-secondary education is an asset)
