Seeking to hire heavy equipment mechanic to service our fleet of equipment at our facility on 255 Brookfield Road, St. John's. Duties and responsibilities will include:
Repairs and maintenance on a variety of equipment such as cranes, boom trucks, tractors, forklifts, etc.
Must be able to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
Assess equipment for annual inspections and carry out required repairs.
Maintain a safe and tidy work setting and complete required documentation for maintenance records.
Experience in the heavy equipment industry is a requirement.
Additional experience in boom truck operations and class 1 or 3 license considered an asset but not required.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
