Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Technician to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for restoring residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mould, and other types of damage.

Experience in repairs (drywall, trim, flooring) preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent Customer Care
Assessing the extent of water damage and identifying the source.
Extracting standing water and setting up drying equipment.
Cleaning, disinfecting, and preventing mold growth.
Documenting damage, moisture readings, photos, and communicating findings to Project Manager.
Able to work well in team environments as well as independently
Performing demolition or removal of damaged materials when necessary.
Be available to work overtime when necessary including on-call rotation.

Qualifications:




Previous experience in construction, restoration, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in physically demanding environments
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Requirements:
Possess a valid B.C. driver’s license with a satisfactory driver abstract
Minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
