Our mission is to rapidly respond to residential and commercial disasters within the GTA in times of emergency. We offer strategies and solutions to mitigate, preserve and restore properties after fire, water, smoke odour and mould damages. We provide homeowner and insurance partners with the right management team, certified technicians, and skilled trades to assure quality and consistent service.

Responsibilities and Duties
Meet with the project manager to understand all vital aspects of the project.
Ensure that all team members understand the project's scope and what they are individually responsible for.
Coordinate & execute documents to start up the projects.
Establish project development schedule.
Compile and maintain interim project reports, agendas, and meeting minutes.
Follow up and track outstanding items to be completed daily.
Compile close-out documents at the end of all projects to provide to the client.
Filing all pertinent emails in project folders every week.
Other office duties as required

Must have good time management, multitasking, and stress management skills to ensure that tasks get completed on time.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
