We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Hair Stylist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling services while ensuring a welcoming and qualified atmosphere for our clients. Your expertise in hair care, customer service, and retail sales will contribute to a positive experience for our customers and help drive the success of our salon.

Duties
Provide high-quality hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and salon equipment to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations for hair care products and services.
Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance the client experience while meeting sales goals.
Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling transactions efficiently.




Demonstrate excellent communication skills by actively listening to clients and providing clear information about services offered.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling techniques and products to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements
Proven experience in hair styling or cosmetology is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Knowledge of sanitation practices related to hair care services.
Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
Experience in retail sales is a plus, with an understanding of how to promote products effectively.

Pay: $17.78-$25.93 per hour
