While you may not have chocolate experience, you have a solid background in food and beverage production and have a desire to learn and master chocolate making.
As an Entry Level Chocolate Maker Assistant, your day will vary greatly, some of the day to day items will include but not limited to:
· Roasting Cacao Beans
· Winnowing beans, cracking beans
· Working with equipment
-moulding chocolate
· Packaging
· Cleaning/Dish washing
· Inventory
Training and education will be provided
Required skills and knowledge
· Some experience in food production / formal training or education an asset
· Creativity and initiative
· Capacity to learn and then operate equipment.
· Ability to lift 25kg

Work Hours range from Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm and the occasional weekend. Extra hours may be acquired during our busy season from September to March.
