Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Grill Cook to join our agile culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious grilled dishes that meet our high-quality standards. Your enthusiasm for food preparation, food safety, and excellent food service will help ensure our guests enjoy exceptional meals every time they visit. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to recipes and quality standards
Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and hygiene standards
Assist in food preparation tasks to support efficient kitchen operations




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results
Follow proper food safety procedures during meal preparation and service
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service experiences

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting
Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation practices
Strong understanding of meal preparation techniques, especially grilling methods
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
Positive communication skills and ability to work well within a team
Familiarity with the food industry standards for quality and safety
Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding food service experiences
