We are seeking a Insurance Brokers with a strong sales mindset and community presence to grow a personal and commercial book of business.
What You’ll Do:
Prospect and close new Auto, Home, and Commercial insurance business
Generate leads through networking and community involvement
Assess client needs, quote, negotiate, and bind coverage
Manage renewals and cross-sell additional products
Build a high-quality book of business with long-term ownership potential
What You Bring:
RIBO license in valuable standing (required)
1+ year of insurance sales experience in Canada (Auto/Home/Business preferred)
Strong hunter mentality and proven sales ability
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
