We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Labourer to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. Duties
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials for daily tasks
Perform general manual labour such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials safely and efficiently
Support skilled tradespeople by providing tools, materials, and assistance as needed during construction or maintenance activities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site to ensure safety standards are met at all times
Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing protective gear and reporting hazards immediately
Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision, ensuring proper usage and maintenance




Contribute to the timely progression of projects by completing assigned tasks with energy and attention to detail

Skills
Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward assisting others on-site
Valuable communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report issues effectively
Ability to follow safety procedures meticulously to maintain a secure work environment
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment; certification or experience is a plus but not mandatory
Willingness to learn recent skills and adapt to different project requirements
Reliable attendance record with a positive attitude toward hard work and punctuality

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
