Duties
Conduct routine inspections of buildings, pool, and systems to identify maintenance needs and prevent issues before they arise
Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, doors, windows, and fixtures with precision and care
Assist with preventive maintenance tasks to extend the lifespan of equipment and infrastructure
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management to resolve issues efficiently
Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed for accountability and future reference
Support safety protocols by ensuring work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards




Pool chemical testing and balancing
Parking lot cleaning

Qualifications
Proven experience in general maintenance or repair work in commercial or residential settings is preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and building safety codes
Ability to troubleshoot problems quickly and implement effective solutions
Strong physical stamina to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and perform manual tasks in various environments
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly
Valid driver’s license may be required for transportation of tools or equipment
