Valhalla Hydrovac is looking for an experienced Hydrovac Operator to join our growing team in the Hope, BC area.
We’re looking for someone who knows how to run a truck, takes pride in their work, understands safety, and can work confidently around underground utilities and powerline crews. We want someone looking for a long-term position with room to grow, not just another job.

What we’re looking for:
Hydrovac/vac truck operating experience preferred
Valid Class 3 licence with air endorsement; Class 1 is an asset
Clean/reasonable driver’s abstract
Experience daylighting utilities and working around underground infrastructure
Comfortable operating and maintaining hydrovac equipment
Mechanically inclined is a strong asset
Safety-focused and dependable
Able to work independently and as part of a crew
Willing to work outdoors in varying conditions
Versatile for occasional overtime, emergency work or travel
Experience around electrical utilities, gas, civil construction or powerline work is a major asset
We’re looking to fill this position quickly, but we’re more interested in finding the right person than simply filling a seat.
