Responsibilities
Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris and organizing materials to ensure a safe workspace
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and supplies promptly
Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep work areas tidy and hazard-free
Operate basic hand tools and machinery following safety protocols
Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members




Collaborate with team members to meet daily project goals and deadlines

Experience
Previous experience in general labour, construction, or manufacturing environments is preferred but not mandatory
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Strong attention to safety procedures and willingness to learn new skills
Positive communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
Reliable work ethic with punctuality and a positive attitude

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
