Job Responsibilities
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
Prepare and serve beverages, including soft drinks and alcoholic beverages
Maintain a clean and organized dining area and service station
Be familiar with menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
Make recommendations based on customers’ preferences or dietary needs
Operate the POS system and handle payments accurately
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and team members to ensure smooth service
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
Must have Smart Choices certification (alcohol service and retail – required)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Friendly, reliable, and qualified attitude
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Basic math and payment handling skills
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
