Mandatory Live in Building Position - (Rent credit benefit possible)
Ocgrow is looking for a reliable, hands-on part-time property caretaker to assist with the daily upkeep of Terez, our recent luxury residential community in Greystone, prefer live-in position at this building location.
Responsibilities will include:
Regular inspections of the building and property
Keeping entrances, hallways, stairwells, common areas and exterior areas clean and presentable
Garbage removal and general site cleanup
Minor maintenance and basic repairs, handyman skills
Identifying and reporting issues before they become larger problems
Coordinating access for contractors and service providers
Assisting with suite inspections and move-in readiness, suite showings for turnovers.
Checking furnished Ocgrow Reserve suites between guest stays when required
Seasonal exterior upkeep
Basic computer/IT skills
The ideal person is dependable, responsive, organized and comfortable handling basic maintenance tasks independently. Property, building-maintenance or construction experience is preferred.
This is a part time position based onsite in Cochrane. Hours may vary depending on building requirements.
Pay: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
