We are seeking a Commercial Account Manager to manage an existing book of commercial clients (80%) and support new business development (20%). The ideal candidate is RIBO-licensed, experienced, and client-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and service a book of commercial insurance clients
Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and client communications
Quote and bind recent business in line with underwriting guidelines
Maintain strong insurer and client relationships
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Ensure compliance and accurate documentation in the BMS
Qualifications
RIBO license (required)
2+ years of commercial insurance experience
Strong product knowledge and communication skills
Proficient with BMS (e.g., Powerbroker) and MS Office
Organized, detail-oriented, and client-driven
