We are currently seeking an experienced Skilled Millwork Carpenter to join our growing team. This is an excellent chance for a highly motivated individual who takes pride in producing premium-quality work and has extensive experience in custom millwork.

Position Summary

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in custom millwork and cabinetry. You will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, fitting, and finishing a wide variety of custom millwork products while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
Assemble and fabricate custom cabinetry, casework, closets, vanities, wall panels, reception desks, and architectural millwork.




Install hardware, drawer systems, hinges, and specialty components with precision.
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
Ensure all products meet company quality standards before installation or shipment.
Perform detailed fitting, trimming, sanding, and finishing preparation.
Troubleshoot production issues and recommend practical solutions.
Work collaboratively with project managers, designers, and production staff.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Mentor and support junior carpenters when required.

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
