KS on the Keys is a busy, well-established restaurant and event space known for high-volume service, private events, and strong team culture. We are looking for reliable, high-energy Bussers and Hosts who take pride in keeping a restaurant running smoothly.
This role is essential to our front-of-house operation and requires speed, awareness, and accountability.
What You’ll Be Doing
Clearing, resetting, and maintaining tables quickly and properly
Supporting servers during service by keeping the floor clean, organized, and stocked
Assisting with guest seating, waitlists, and basic guest communication when hosting
Ensuring cutlery, glassware, and service stations are clean and ready at all times
Helping maintain overall cleanliness of the dining room and service areas
Supporting large groups and events in a quick-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
Ability to stay focused and efficient during busy services
Team-first mindset and willingness to support others without being asked
Good communication and awareness of what’s happening on the floor
Reliable availability and punctuality
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift trays or racks as needed
Experience
Restaurant experience is an asset but not required
We are willing to train the right person with a positive attitude and solid hustle
