The role
We’re looking for a warm, organized MOA to be the first point of contact for our patients and keep the clinic running smoothly.
What you’ll do
Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out
Answer phones, triage inquiries, and return calls promptly
Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments; manage the waitlist
Verify OHIP coverage and prepare charts before visits
Chart, scan, and maintain records in OSCAR Pro
Coordinate prescription refills with pharmacies per physician protocols
Manage faxes and secure messages with providers, pharmacies, and labs
Keep the reception area and exam rooms tidy and stocked
What you bring
Required
MOA certificate or diploma from a recognized program
Hands-on experience with OSCAR Pro (or robust OSCAR experience)
Working knowledge of OHIP billing
Explicit written and spoken English and a qualified phone manner
Strict adherence to PHIPA and patient confidentiality
Eligible to work in Canada
Schedule
Full-time or Part time, with some evening.
Compensation
$20.00–$24.00/hour, based on experience
Paid vacation and statutory holidays
