Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on Wills, Powers of Attorney, Representation Agreements, trusts, corporate Wills, and estate planning strategies.
Lead client meetings, provide recommendations, discuss fees, and guide matters through implementation.
Build and maintain strong client and qualified referral relationships.
Collaborate with accountants, financial advisors, corporate lawyers, and other specialists.
Manage matters with support from dedicated paralegal and administrative teams.
Qualifications:
Active membership in positive standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
3+ years of experience primarily focused on estate planning.
Strong client-facing, communication, and advisory skills.
Experience with complex estate planning strategies.
STEP/TEP designation or experience with corporate Wills and trusts is an asset.
Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in Vancouver.
