Key Responsibilities:
• Execute full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple roles • Coordinate and facilitate candidate interviews effectively • Lead onboarding activities and maintain employee records • Develop effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers • Attend external events to promote Phasor's positive brand
Requirements: • 3-4 years of recruitment experience in Canada or USA • Expertise in full-cycle recruitment management • Human Resources diploma or degree preferred • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office and organizational tasks
