Responsibilities
Perform customized massage treatments based on client needs and preferences
Assess client conditions and discuss treatment goals before each session
Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client progress
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of massage equipment and treatment areas
Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
Uphold skilled standards in line with licensing requirements and industry best practices
Foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat business and positive client experiences
Experience
Previous experience as a Massage Therapist is prefferred
Welcome for current graduates
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy enhances service quality
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients
CMTO Registration required
Ability to work in a team environment.
