Join our urgent care veterinary team as a Part time Veterinary Technician! We have a fun team and strive to quality care for our patients.
Responsibilities
Work together with DVM and other staff to provide excellent patient and client care
Triage patients effectively
Anesthetize and monitor patients safely
Obtain and record patient histories
Perform humane euthanasia
Collect and process laboratory samples (blood, urine, fecal)
Perform radiographs
Maintain cleanliness, sterilization of surgical equipment
Detailed documentation of procedures
Record drug, anesthesia, surgical and radiograph logs
Communicate effectively and empathetically with owners
Team player with positive and upbeat attitude
Experience
Completed veterinary technician training and have experience with these skills
Experience in the veterinary industry is required
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and empathetically to clients
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Passionate about animal health, well-being, and providing outstanding client service
We have versatile scheduling with no overnight shifts. You can work one shift a month or several shifts a week.

Pay: $30.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4.0 – 24.0 per week
