Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Counter Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and ensuring a positive experience. Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders or inquiries
Take customer orders accurately and process transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems
Prepare and serve food, beverages, or products as per company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area, including sanitizing surfaces and utensils
Restock supplies and ensure all items are properly displayed for customer convenience
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations




Follow all safety and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers

Requirements
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or reaching as needed
A friendly attitude, reliability, and a qualified appearance are essential
Must be at least 16 years old or older depending on local regulations
