Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will deliver professional massage therapy services that promote relaxation, healing, and overall well-being. Your expertise will help clients achieve their health goals while ensuring a positive and comfortable experience.
Duties
Perform therapeutic massage treatments tailored to each client's needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage
Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations
Ensure a clean, secure, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and explain treatment procedures clearly
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic flow
Qualifications
Valid registration as a Registered Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing body
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor
Outstanding communication skills to clearly explain treatments and address client questions
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
Prior experience in a clinical or wellness setting is preferred but not required
Commitment to ongoing career development and maintaining licensure standards
Pay: $55.00-$75.00 per hour
