Reception duties and phone call handling
Conduct truck release operations with precision
Perform and document grain grading procedures
Support HACCP/CPRIS program maintenance
Guide traffic to loading bins and pits effectively Requirements:
Proven customer service experience
Knowledge of grain grading practices preferred
Robust proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook
