Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance, with an emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

Duties
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
Utilize commercial cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Conduct heavy lifting as necessary for moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, ensuring all areas are well-kept and functional.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from facility occupants promptly and professionally.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
Adhere to safety protocols while using hand tools and power tools during cleaning tasks.





Skills
Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools related to cleaning tasks is advantageous.
Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of routine duties.
Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled hours.
Familiarity with custodial duties and facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
A strong commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
