Your responsibilities include transcribing prescriptions, verifying their authenticity, and performing detailed checks on prepared medications. You will also guide Pharmacy Assistants, support dispensary functions, and maintain operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Receive and transcribe verbal prescriptions accurately
Ensure prescriptions are authentic and complete
Conduct final checks on prepared prescriptions




Support dispensary and OTC operations consistently
Provide outstanding customer service every day Requirements:
Valid Regulated Pharmacy Technician licence
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Experience in pharmacy dispensary or Kroll software is beneficial
Ability to guide and direct Pharmacy Assistants
