Candidates are appointed to maintain accurate parts inventory in vehicle or shop locations.

They’re also appointed to inspect equipment for proper security, ensuring that all trailer and equipment locks are in place.
Job requirement
Candidates must attain a dedicated Heavy Duty Equipment Technician Red Seal for being eligible for this post.
Candidates must attain 5+ years’ experience servicing construction equipment.
They must attain the ability to diagnose and complete advanced mechanical repairs, including engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
Candidates must attain the ability to troubleshoot and make minor mechanical repairs to equipment.
Work setting
Candidates must attain the ability to conduct preventive maintenance on equipment for being eligible for this post.
