Duties
Prepare and cook shawarma and other grilled dishes according to established recipes and standards
Operate grills, rotisseries, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station to ensure food safety and hygiene
Serve customers promptly with friendly, attentive service while taking care to meet their preferences

Skills
Proven experience in food service, cooking, or kitchen settings, especially with grilling or shawarma preparation
