Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest
Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Maintain organized merchandising displays that attract customer attention
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and team members




Manage time effectively to ensure coverage across sales areas during shifts
Follow phone etiquette protocols when interacting with customers via calls or inquiries

Requirements
Proven experience in retail sales, technical sales, or customer service roles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
Familiarity with merchandising, POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
