This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to develop a broad, community-based practice with an experienced, collaborative and supportive team.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle a range of commercial law matters, including incorporations, reorganizations, and commercial transactionsConduct and manage residential and commercial real estate transactionsAdvise clients on and prepare wills, powers of attorney,
