This role requires planning meaningful activities that promote socialization and enjoyment among residents. You will maintain key records, assist with outings, and support meal services as needed. Furthermore, your ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff will contribute to thriving community interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on program planning with management
Keep records of resident assessments and participation
Maintain open lines of communication with families and staff
Plan and facilitate outings for residents
Help with meal service and daily activities

Requirements:
Diploma in Recreation, Gerontology, or similar
Experience in senior care preferred
Robust Microsoft Office skills
Effective oral and written communication
Valid driver's license for resident transportation
