Key Responsibilities:
Work within a collaborative interprofessional team
Conduct clinical assessments and maintain accurate documentation
Implement and evaluate care/service plans as needed
Provide direct care and administer medications to residents
Facilitate resident and family education sessions
Requirements:
Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
Experience in senior care and rehabilitation preferred
Solid critical thinking and communication skills
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
