Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and technical requirements for software applications.
Gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.
Analyze existing applications, workflows, and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and actionable technical requirements.
Work closely with developers and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and defects.
Perform root-cause analysis of software and production issues.
Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, user stories, and technical specifications.
Support software testing, including functional, integration, regression, and UAT activities.
Validate application changes against business and functional requirements.
Monitor application performance and identify potential system improvements.
Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors to resolve application-related issues.
Support software upgrades, implementations, integrations, and releases.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project activities.
Maintain application knowledge bases and support documentation.
Identify prospects to improve application functionality, reliability, and user experience.
