The Class 1 Truck Driver will operate various heavy vehicles including lowbed trucks, clam dumps, and dump trucks to transport heavy machinery, construction materials, specialized equipment, and general freight. This role involves driving primarily on highways, rural roads, urban areas, and mixed environments while ensuring protected load securing and vehicle condition. The driver will also handle routine vehicle maintenance and log upkeep, with no overnight travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Operate Class 1 trucks including lowbed, clam dump, and dump trucks
Secure loads safely for transport
Perform vehicle inspections and routine maintenance
Maintain accurate driving logs and records
Transport heavy machinery, construction materials,
and specialized equipment
Drive across highways, rural, urban, and mixed settings
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of truck driving experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with heavy vehicle operation
