We are looking for a permanent, full time Warehouse Operator to work at our Fort MacKay location. This position is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Our ideal candidate is an organized individual with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Make chemical blends using scales and pumps
Clean tanks, totes and drums
Move and organize totes and drums
Labeling/repackaging product
Quality checks to maintain quality control
Bench test samples
Shipping and receiving
Keep work area tidy and clean (tools, pumps, lab samples)
Diligent with paperwork (BOLs, receiving forms etc.)
Climb tanks and work inside tanks
Deliver and pick up packaged product and/or equipment
Transfer product with pumps and compressors
On call rotation for evenings and weekends

Requirements
Valid Class 1 driver's license is an asset




Chemical blending experience is an asset
Must be mechanically inclined
Comfortable working with computers
Experience operating forklift / skid steer
Clean driving record, a driver's abstract will be required
Ability to travel for work on occasion and participate in on-call rotation
Ability to follow safety standards
Able to lift over 50lbs, medium to heavy lifting is sometimes required
Confident working from heights and in confined spaces
Confined spaces, fall arrest, H2S Aware or Alive and First Aid tickets would be an asset (not required)

Wage Range
$32.00 to $37.00 per hour
When utilizing class 1 license you will be paid at a higher rate, between $37.00 to $40.00 per hour
