As a vital part of the Leadership Team, you will oversee family support and community outreach programs, enhancing service delivery and ensuring that programming responds effectively to community needs. Key Responsibilities:



• Direct the management of various family-related programs • Identify community needs and develop responsive services • Enhance team collaboration and staff support strategies • Oversee program evaluation and quality assurance • Develop and manage program budgets and expenditures

Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or related field • 3-5 years in supervisory or program management roles • Comprehensive knowledge of family dynamics and support systems • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
