Key Responsibilities: • Implement Child and Youth Counsellor Programs effectively • Confer with fellow Counsellors and treatment team • Ensure a safe therapeutic environment • Supervise students and provide guidance as needed • Participate in crisis management and support services

Requirements: • Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s in Child & Youth Care • Experience working with high-risk youth • Ability to work flexible schedule as needed • Knowledge of computer systems for record keeping • English proficiency, French is a plus
