• Conduct assessments for Individual Program Plans
• Actively report on residents' progress and concerns
Requirements:
• Graduation from high school (Grade 12)
• Diploma or degree in rehabilitation assistance or recreation therapy
• Minimum two years' experience in a long-term care setting
• First Aid Certificate, inclusive of CPR-C
• Pass required Vulnerable Sector and Criminal checks
