Sienna Senior Living is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse for Barnswallow Place Care Community in Elmira. This role is dedicated to enhancing residents' lives through compassionate and personalized care.

As a key member of the care team, you will report to the Director of Care and focus on providing nursing services that meet residents' needs. You’ll utilize established care plans and ensure comprehensive support through active communication. Your leadership will inspire a positive environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide nursing care following care plans and orders • Apply sound nursing practices for effective care delivery • Encourage teamwork and explicit communication among staff members • Oversee care transitions, involving families in the process • Supervise staff in their direct care duties

Requirements: • Active Registered Practical Nurse status with Ontario College • Experience in geriatrics or rehabilitation is favorable • Keen judgment in risk management • Legal eligibility to work in Canada • Successfully complete required background checks
