About The OpportunityOur Public Sector client is seeking two Intermediate Human Resource Consultants to support operational civilian HR services during a period of elevated activity and onboarding. The resources will help maintain continuity of HR operations, strengthen data integrity, and enable timely decision making through accurate organizational information and process support.DutiesDeliver timely and accurate execution of operational HR servicesProcess Civilian Appointment Request Forms (CARF) and Official Language Information Forms (OLIF)Provide staffing and classification supportMaintain and update organizational chartsImplement structured data verification and reconciliation processesEnsure accuracy and compliance across CARFs, OLIFs, manning reports, and organizational chartsDevelop SOPs, job aids, and onboarding materials to support HR operationsBuild internal capability through knowledge transfer to newly onboarded HR staffParticipate in project kick off activities with the Technical Authority and Project AuthorityProduce up to date organizational charts reflecting approved structuresPrepare bi weekly quality assurance reports outlining data verification results, discrepancies resolved, and compliance statusDevelop training guides and reference materials to sustain HR operationsAbout YouEducation and trainingRelevant post secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is considered an assetMinimum of seven (7) years of experience as a Human Resources Consultant within the last ten (10) years, delivering operational Human Resources services, including staffing and classification processes, maintaining organizational charts, and ensuring data integrity.Minimum of four (4)
years of applied experience with language requirement specifications or job language profiles based on business needs and client service obligationsMinimum of four (4) years of applied experience with Human Resource Management System Guardian within the last ten (10) years. This experience must include:Performing data verification and compliance checks for the following Human Resources processes:StaffingClassificationOrganizational Chart MaintenanceLanguage Requirement SpecificationsExperience in creating clear and comprehensive SOPs for HR processes that support onboarding new HR staff and operational continuity. This includes should:Documenting step-by-step proceduresEnsuring SOPs align with internal governance frameworks and compliance requirementsDesigning SOPs that are practical, easy to follow, and suitable for training newly onboarded HR staffExperience developing user-friendly job aids and onboarding materials that simplify HR processes for new HR staff. This includes:Creating quick reference guides, checklists, and visual aids for key HR tasksEmbedding these materials into structure onboarding programs to accelerate time-to-proficiencyStrong English languageMust have a valid Reliability level clearanceAbout the JobDuration: Contract from date of award to December 31, 2026, with possible option periodsLocation: West End, National Capital RegionWork Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)Work hours: 8am-4pmLRO Staffing values fairness, confidentiality, and human judgment in every stage of our hiring process.
