Key Responsibilities:



• Manage hard services like HVACR and plumbing maintenance • Coordinate staff supervision and work scheduling • Develop schedules for preventive maintenance programs • Track inspections using Computerized Maintenance Management System • Promote Occupational Health and Safety practices

Requirements: • Certificate in skilled trades such as plumbing or electrical • Experience with project management and small construction • Strong skills in client management and communication • Proficient in Office 365 and analytical tasks • Required Security Clearance to Secret Level
